The brief of this clubhouse was to work within the existing material palatte of the ‘Assetz Property group’ brand, while elevating the simple palatte through clever use of materials and details which heighten the percieved premiumness of the space, while working within the realitites of a builder’s project. The Grey and whites of the builders palatte has been elevated by our strategic use of wooden elements, clean metal bands and beadings in strategic locations to add the final bit of adornment to the composition.
